Here's an a question, what is the least amount of sleep a average human being can last on?

here's an a question, what is the least amount of sleep a average human being can last on, please note there is different capabilities between both genders lol
Answer:
Every person is different.
Personally, the least I sleep the less im tired.
But I think the least amount of sleep I can last on is about 30 hours in one week.
It was just announced on the net that a man just went a record 11 days without sleep.
How much Sleep do people need? The average amount of daily sleep for young adults is 7.5 hours. However, there is considerable variability in how long people sleep. Sleep needs vary from person to person. Asking how much sleep the average person needs isn't a very useful question, much like asking what shoe size the average person needs. If everyone were given average-size shoes to wear, most people would be very uncomfortable. Can short naps be refreshing? Some naps are beneficial and some are not. The effectiveness of napping varies from person to person. Also, the benefits of any specific nap depend on the time of day and the amount of sleep one has had recently. On the negative side, naps are not very efficient ways to sleep because you're often just getting into the deeper stage of sleep when your nap time is up. Another potential problem is that overly long naps ( more than 2 hours) or naps that occur too close to bedtime can disrupt nighttime sleep. On the positive side, most naps enhance subsequent alertness and reduce sleepiness. Evidence also suggests that naps can help offset the effects of frequent nighttime awakenings in older people. In conclusion, naps can be refreshing for most people, and they can be beneficial in the long run if they don't interfere with nighttime sleep.
How to Sleep:
Go to bed at the same time every night, including weekends.Get enough sleep every night to be fully alert all day.Get up at the same time every morning, without an alarm, seven days a week.Remember, sleep debt is like a bank account. Put back what you take out.If you are unable to obtain adequate nocturnal sleep, take a 15-20 minute "power nap" when you feel drowsy in the afternoon.Avoid alcohol within two hours of bedtime.Stop smoking.Reduce caffeine intake from coffee, sodas and chocolate after 2 p.m.Exercise daily and eat a proper diet.Be sure your bedroom is quiet, dark and cool.Periodically check the level of comfort and support of your mattress and pillow.Create a relaxing atmosphere in the bedroom, free from stress and tension.Take a hot bath or do stretching before bedtime. If your mind is focused on work and worries at bedtime, write down your concerns on "worry cards."Develop a ritual of reading for pleasure before you turn off the lights each night.
It may be that 10 hours of sleep a day is normal for human beings; certainly most of us function better with at least eight hours,
