High deductible health Insurance?

Hello, What does high deductible prices mean in health insurance?
Answer:
It means you pay more than ever for services.
means you pay more out of pocket BEFORE the insurace picks up the majority of it. so if you have a 750$ deductible you need to pay 750$ before the insurance picks up. usually co-pays are not included. if you are a "healthy" person and dont use the dr much, higher deductible might be lower monthly premium.

.
It means that you have not got a very good policy. You have to satisfy your 'deductible' before your health insurance administrator will begin paying for your medical expenses.High deductible policies are available to cover the costs of 'catastrophic' diseases or illness: essentially to pay for big ticket items like hospital confinements and major surgeries or for a protracted illness. Some insurance is better than none.
