Hit my adamsapple now i have no voice is the there anyway i can bring my voice back?

i was on a trampoline with some friends when i leaned to far in and slipped. my throat hit the edge of the trampoline(the metal bar)
it felt like a sore throat for a little while and i have a voice but its a little fuzzy and if i talk too long it just goes away. could cough drops help at all? i would really like my voice back!

You should go to the doctor to have it checked. You could have damaged your throat permanently. Better to be safe than sorry.
